The Carmel PorchFest Grant Program was created to provide financial support to students interested in the musical arts in the form of grants to cover such items as new instruments, lessons, schooling, musical opportunities, etc. in exchange for volunteer hours.

How the program works

To date, Carmel PorchFest has awarded over $25,000 to deserving students in the Carmel community. Students have used the grants for items such as; music lessons, new instruments, program fees and music software.

Students 6 – 18 years of age can apply for financial assistance in return for volunteering at any of our events held throughout the year. (Students age 13 and below will need a parent or guardian to volunteer with them.) Once a student volunteers four hours at any combination of Carmel PorchFest, Inc. events, you will become eligible for the grant.

Consider donating to the Carmel PorchFest Grant Program to keep the music at the forefront of our children’s lives. $500 Donors will receive four tickets to our Feinstein’s VIP Lounge at each Carmel PorchFest & Late Night on Main event.  Carmel PorchFest and the Carmel PorchFest Grant Program is a 501c3 non-profit organization.     Applications for Fall Scholarships are due by midnight on November 30 and applications for Spring Scholarships are due by midnight on May 30.

  • Students age 13 and below will need a parent or guardian to volunteer with them.

  • After the student volunteers, the Board and Committee will review all applications. We will then follow up and notify all grant winners.
